What is the warranty on ToiletTree Products Fogless Shower Mirror?
ToiletTree warrants our Fogless Mirror to be free from all defects for a period of 1 year from the date of original purchase. This warranty does not apply to normal wear or damage due to accident, abnormal use, misuse or neglect. Any defective product will be replaced, at no charge.
Is the silicone adhesive provided with the mirror permanent?
We like to think of our mirror as being permanent until you want it to be removed.The silicone we use is 100% removable.
I am moving and would like to take my mirror with me, is this possible?
With minimal effort on your part, your mirror will come down without damaging the surface. Tips for removal of the adhesive: simply slide a plastic spackling knife behind the bracket. As the knife cuts the silicone adhesive push the blade further and further behind the bracket until you feel the bracket become loose from the wall. To clean off any remaining jelly silicone from the wall simply (and carefully) use a single edge razor blade.

I live in an area with hard water, how do you recommend I clean my mirror?
For people with hard water we recommend applying car or boat liquid wax on the mirror.
I currently have your Original Fogless Shower Mirror and would like to upgrade to the Deluxe LED Shower Mirror, can I use my current bracket?
Yes, we have designed our Deluxe LED Mirror and our Original Fogless Shower mirror to be interchangeable when it comes to using the brackets. Both mirrors will fit on either bracket.
I just got my LED Mirror and it will not turn on. What can I do?
Check to make sure that all of the batteries are inserted and the polarities (+ and - ) are facing the correct way in the battery compartment. If you have access to an additional set of batteries try them in the mirror. If this does not solve the problem please call or email ToiletTree for support.
The lights on my LED Fogless Shower Mirror are starting to flicker, what do I do?
If the lights are beginning to flicker, this just means that your batteries are starting to get low. All you need to do is replace the three batteries with new "AA" batteries.
Are the bamboo products made entirely from bamboo?
All of our bamboo products are made from 100% natural eco-friendly bamboo.
I would like to use my Bamboo products next to my pool/spa, are they able to last outdoors?
Our bamboo products are very versatile and can serve many different purposes. All of our bamboo products can be placed either indoors or outdoors.
How do I clean products from The Grooming Line?
All of our tools are 100% stainless steel and are designed to last a lifetime. After each use, the product should be cleaned to extend the use and also to avoid germs. Place some rubbing alcohol onto a tissue or use an alcohol based disinfectant wipe. Wipe the tissue or wipe along the cutting edges of the product. After cleaning, ensure that this tool is thoroughly dried and not stored while damp or in a damp location.
