What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. All online orders are processed securely through PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to check out, you will be prompted to enter your credit card information to complete the purchase as a guest.
What are your shipping costs?
Domestic (within the United States): We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the United States. For expedited shipping, shipping rates are calculated by distance and product(s) ordered. Shipping estimates will be shown at checkout, allowing you to select your preferred shipping speed.
International: If you would like a shipping estimate for an international order, please reach out to us by email at info@toilettreeproducts.com. Please include your full mailing address and which products(s) you are interested in.
How long will it take to receive my delivery?
We process and ship orders placed before 12pm EST on the same business day. Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days within the United States, and 5-7 business days for international orders.
My order never arrived, what should I do?

How do I install my Fogless Shower Mirror?
Installing your shower mirror is quick, simple and easy! Our Fogless Shower Mirrors mount to almost any shower surface using powerful double-sided, water-resistant tape. Mounting instructions are also conveniently included on a pamphlet with your Fogless Shower Mirror.
Step 1: Peel adhesive backing like a sticker.
Step 2: Carefully position mirror, place and hold until firmly secure.
Step 3: Fill the reservoir with hot water, and you’re ready to go!
Step 4: A quick wipe with the included squeegee clears any excess water droplets.
How do I remove my Fogless Shower Mirror?
The easiest way to remove the Fogless Shower Mirror from your wall is to insert a putty knife (or similar tool) at each of the four corners of the wall bracket to loosen it. You will be able to easily peel the bracket off the wall, as you separate it with the knife from each corner and the sides. DO NOT SIMPLY RIP THE BRACKET OFF THE WALL AS THIS MAY DAMAGE YOUR SHOWER. How do I process a warranty claim?
To process a warranty claim, all you need is your original order number. You can contact us directly by emailing info@toilettreeproducts.com, or calling (888) 251-0985 between 9am - 5pm EST. Your defective unit must be sent back to us to process a warranty claim. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label if the item was defective.
What is your return policy?
